At Perfect Allusions, we understand that shopping online can be a unique experience, and we truly appreciate your trust in our brand. Due to our internal safety and hygiene protocols, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.
We strongly encourage you to contact us before placing your order if you have any questions about our products. Our team is happy to assist you and ensure you feel confident with your purchase.

Store Credit Policy
Effective April 5, 2025
Thank you for shopping with Perfect Allusions! While all sales are final, we recognize that special circumstances may arise. In such cases, we may offer store credit of up to 50% of your original purchase under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Store Credit
- A store credit request must be submitted via email within 10 days of the original purchase date.
- All items must pass an internal evaluation by our team to determine eligibility.
- Sunglasses must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, including tags and protective packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Final sale, promotional items, and accessories (e.g., separate cleaning cloths or cases) are not eligible for store credit.
Issuance of Store Credit
- If approved, store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card or store credit code.
- Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.
- Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another customer.
- If the item was received as a gift, store credit will be issued to the original purchaser, unless otherwise arranged.
Please Note
- Damaged or altered items will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
- All store credit approvals are at the discretion of our evaluation team.

Requesting Store Credit
How to Submit a Store Credit Request
To request store credit (please note that we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges), follow these steps:

Submit Your Request Within 10 Days
Email admin@perfectallusion.com within 10 days of your purchase.
Include: - Your full name
- Order number and purchase date
- A brief explanation of your request
- Provide Proof of Purchase
- Attach your order confirmation or receipt
- If the item was a gift, include the name of the purchaser (if available)
- Include Photos of the Item
- Show the item in unused and original condition
- Include packaging, tags, or accessories if applicable
- Wait for Review
- Our team will respond within 3–7 business days
- If approved, you’ll receive a store credit via email
- Terms of Store Credit
- Store credit is valid indefinitely for future purchases
- Not redeemable for cash
- Final sale items are not eligible
- Approval is subject to our team’s evaluation and discretion
Lost Package?
If you suspect your package has been lost in transit, please email admin@perfectallusion.com. Include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Email address used for the order
We’ll investigate and respond within 72 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
